PIRC is conducting seminars and workshops to educate and spread the awareness among the common people and the individuals who are related to the social welfare activities and are working in different NGOs and government departments. The main topic of these workshops and seminars were “Learning Disabilities” and “Physical Disabilities“.PIRC has its own Kashmir Hall especially designed for such type of workshops and seminars and is open for every NGO and Government organization who is willing to conduct the awareness programs for the organizations and this will help in capacity building. 
PAK-IRISH REHABILITAION CENTRE, has organized a seminar on “Utilization of common resources to improve the life of PWDs” on April 24, 2008 at Kashmir Hall (PIRC, Abbottabad).
“People with physical disability need special pavements to easily reach out the required destiny and special attention in modern society“ on April 09, 2008 at Kashmir Hall (PIRC, Abbottabad).
